General Description

The artwork is a series of 12 designs, 8 by 11.5 with 3 copies of each (36 total). The location of the work will be around Jersey City, specifically targeting areas in the Heights and around parks that wear good walking shoes.

Materials & Installation Details
  • Artwork Material: Paper and Laminating Sheets
  • Hardware Needed: Staple gun and a minimum of 144 staples (4 for each sheet)
  • Locations: Riverview Fisk Park, Pershing Field Park, Central Avenue, Palisade Avenue, Washington Park, Around PS.6, Around 2nd and 9th St. Light rail, generally around Jersey City once these locations are solved.
  • Installation Surface: Telephone poles and bulletin boards



This will be assembled before you receive it.




Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

  1. Pick Telephone poles and public bulletin boards in and around the designated locations
  2. Each sheet should face the sidewalk at an angle so the pieces are visible from further up or down the block.
  3. Place around average adult eye-level on Telephone poles so the middle of the page is approx. 60” above the ground.
    1. Place in free space on Bulletin Boards
  4. Staple once into each corner of the flyer.
  5. Once the piece is secured take a few photos of the work close and from down/ up the block.
  6. Move to the next location Repeat around 35 more times. 
    1. Optional: Record yourself, or have someone film you placing the work for archival/presentation reasons.
